What do you need help with?
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 12:00 on Friday 18 September. Arrive before 13:30 if you are travelling by coach.
What should I bring?

Is accommodation available on site?
On-site accommodation is limited and must be booked in advance through your regional Qaid.
Are meals provided?
Meals are provided across all three days. Serving times will be published in the programme.
I need assistance getting around the site
Yes — mobility support, accessible parking and staffed support points are arranged. See the Care & Support page for the full picture.
How do I take part in an activity or competition?
Registration routes for 2026 have not been confirmed. Speak to your regional Qaid.
Is the Ijtema streamed?
Arrangements for 2026 are not yet confirmed. The Live Stream page will carry the details when they are.
Is there wheelchair access across the whole site?

Can someone meet us at the car park?
